I’m David. I run Verbe Digital, a small agency based in Farnham, Surrey, that looks after Amazon Ads, retail media, Google Ads and SEO for a handful of brands I genuinely like working with. Most of what I do sits somewhere between strategy, building things that run themselves, and the less glamorous daily work of making campaigns perform.
This is where I write about it. Mostly monthly, mostly honest. Some posts are about the business, AI, scaling without hiring, and the tooling quietly changing how small agencies work.

There’s a pattern I’ve noticed. In my own life, and in almost every conversation I have with people running small businesses. You have a thing you know you should do. You think about doing it. You tell yourself you’ll get to it when things calm down. Things don’t calm down. The thing stays exactly where it is. Repeat for months. Sometimes years. My website was a prime example of this.
